Giving Adolescents the Help They Need

Sometimes during adolescence you can find issues very difficult to cope with and these issues can affect your mental and physical health.

You can find yourself laying awake at night, you can feel irritable and angry, you can feel anxious and overwhelmed. The stress you experience can manifest itself in different ways:-

  • Emotional changes – agitation, anxiety or depression.
  • Physical changes – headaches, stomach pains, feeling sick or unwell often.
  • Behavioural changes – avoidance of normal daily activities, changes to the way you eat or sleep.
